品牌故事

身為船長的女兒,雪梅對「魚」再熟悉不過了!

父親早年出遠洋捕撈鮪魚,年事漸高之後轉趨近海作業,魚成為雪梅生活中不可或缺的一部份,不僅周遭隨時可見魚、蝦、貝、蟹類海鮮,天天有魚的飲食習慣,養成她對魚肉新鮮與美味的識別敏銳度。

隨著社會型態改變,漸漸衍生出許多食安問題,步調急促的生活模式,讓下廚成為一大難事,三餐往往只能以外食果腹,吃魚的機會少之又少,已成為媽媽的雪梅深有感觸,不禁思考如何讓每個人都能方便品嚐到鮮美魚肉?如何讓外食也能兼顧健康?懷著推廣食魚觀念兼具美味與便利的願望,雪梅成立「蕙坤有魚」品牌,起初從歷久不衰的庶民美食肉燥中獲得靈感,將優質新鮮的鮪魚調製成鮪魚肉燥料理包,如菜似醬的鮪魚肉燥拌米飯、麵條或夾入吐司麵包中,營養好吃的一餐輕鬆搞定!之後陸續研發咖哩鮪魚醬及鮪魚義大利麵醬罐頭,深獲眾多穆斯林推崇愛戴,因緣際會下逐將研發的二十幾項鮪魚產品及蒲燒醬製水產系列,共計七十餘項產品交付國際清真認證機構進行驗證,並獲頒「清真食品認證標章」,奠定有魚食品的定位與品質。

研發過程中首需確保魚貨來源品質優良,接著四處尋訪檢驗合格的食品加工廠,雪梅從鮪魚進行各種口味的研發與調製,逐步擴及到各種日常食用魚類的調味,再和加工廠進行一次次溝通與調整,經過反覆的嘗試與失敗後,才完成所有產品的調製秘方。如此積極投入魚食品的開發研製,只為實現「人人有魚吃」的心願,如同幼時在家中餐桌前等開飯的心情一樣,讓消費者天天有魚吃、每一口都吃得到鮪魚,是雪梅的初心,也是有魚的目標。

 

Under the wings and protection of a captain, Xuemei was born and childhood with the marine life. Her sensitivity towards the ocean food chain of freshness, incredible texture and good flavouring to be captured has gradually built inside her sensors. Along the way of working hard to prioritized food safety in their philosophy while the freshness and depth of flavouring must be well preserved in promoting has becoming their mission to promote into the fast-paced lifestyle today.

 

These have encouraged Xuemei to established the brand “Huikun Firm”

 enable the community these days in having the luxury to enjoy the best preserved freshness of fishes while having great flavouring in achieving the most convenient way into the fast-paced lifestyle.

 

The brand has never stopped in exploring and developing more; therefore, they’ve developed and experienced with more than 70 ocean food chain products. Hence in meeting and reaching to more population, they have obtained and compliance to the International Halal Certification Bodies including Malaysia JAKIM Halal certification body; therefore, they are producing, offering and servicing Halal goods internationally.

 

They principled in good quality from the raw materials, strict processing, modulating variety flavors into that seafood in making them different by carrying layering of flavourful seasoning that enable to enhance the freshness of its own; while having the peace in mind of food safeness has been prioritized.

 

The development and modulation of a variety of flavors, gradually expanded to a variety of daily ocean food chain to achieving the vision of:
